Behind the LiiFESTYLE
Born in Greenville, North Carolina and raised in the Bronx, New York. Karius attended Roosevelt High School (Yonkers, NY), and capped his High school career off at JH Rose High School (Greenville, NC). While bouncing around in high school, Karius played
basketball. He was a starter in both schools he attended, but it didn’t come easy. Karius eventually went on to receive the Coaches award and graduate from JH Rose High School.
With no offers received in high school, Karius set out to make a name for himself and prove the doubters wrong. Karius attended Bronx Community College (Bronx, NY) where he obtained an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts with a 3.8 overall GPA. While at BCC, Karius played basketball where he averaged a double-double near triple double, and was named to the CUNY All Conference team, All tournament team, and received the Coaches Award, Sportsmanship Award, B.A.S.E Award, and numerous of medals for academics, but as he would say the best thing of all is he met his wife, Barbara Castro-Morris. After graduating from BCC, Karius and his wife both received an offer from Pfeiffer University
located in Misenheimer, NC.

Our Mission
We strive to provide the community with the means to acquire a safe, fun, healthy, and active lifestyle here in Eastern North Carolina. We want to provide opportunity, exercise, structure,information, and exposure to participating youth. Furthermore, we intend to operate with inclusion for people of all ages and backgrounds.
